This Recipe Came Highly Recommended
If you frequent Facebook, chances are good that you’ve seen posts from your friends asking for ideas for meals or dinners, and more than likely you have even made such a post. This recipe is what a friend of mine responded with when I was meal planning and asked my Facebook friends for help.

The flavors in this simple dish blend to create a juicy combination that will have your mouth asking for more.
It Quickly Became a Requested Favorite At Our House
I thought it sounded good and easy, so we tried it about 3 years ago. It has been in our meal rotation every since!
The ingredients you need for this recipe don’t spoil quickly. They are also relatively inexpensive. This makes it easy to keep them on hand and ready to use for a quick dinner.
You will only need 1 pan for this and your cutting board and knife. No need to pre-cook anything!
The thing that takes the longest for this meal is peeling and chopping the potatoes. I try to chop them pretty small so that they will cook quicker.
